Third-Party Data Sources. Data served through the API is sourced from publicly available datasets. Dataville does not claim ownership of underlying third-party data. A registry of data sources and their applicable licenses is available at app.dataville.com/data-sources. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and licenses of the original data sources before using any data in your applications or products. Dataville does not warrant that any data source listing is complete or current, and you should verify licensing terms independently for commercial use cases.

You agree to comply with those terms. Dataville includes a link to them in the attribution metadata returned with every API response that serves Wikimedia Content.
Attribution. Third-party beneficiaries. Wikimedia, LLC and the Wikimedia Foundation are intended third-party beneficiaries of this Section 7 and are entitled to enforce its provisions directly against you.
Enforcement. Dataville may suspend or terminate your access to Wikimedia Content, or to the Service, if you materially fail to comply with this Section 7.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section imposes any additional or different term or condition on your exercise of rights in content you have already lawfully obtained under an applicable Free Culture Licence or open source licence.

Termination by Dataville. Dataville may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms by providing at least 14 days' written notice specifying the reason. Dataville reserves the right to suspend access immediately and without notice only where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service or other users.
Termination for Convenience. Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason by providing 30 days' written notice. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases at the end of the notice period. For a period of 30 days following termination, you may export or retrieve your account data and any data you have stored through the Service. After this window, Dataville may permanently delete your data.

Dataville may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
